Where did you subscribe?

Cancel where you subscribed. The app always tells you which one applies to you.

One account, everywhere.

If you subscribed on the web and open the iPhone app, you'll see your plan and credits. You won't be asked to pay again.

The trial.

3 days, 10 image credits, one trial per account, across iPhone and web. You add a card to start it, and connect your Instagram before you make your first image. Unused trial credits carry over into your plan. There is no free plan after the trial.

Credits.

1 credit makes 1 image, a post or a Story. Redo and quick fixes use 1 credit. Caption rewrites are free. If an image can't be made, no credit is used.

Monthly plans and annual plans both get 100 credits a month; annual credits are added monthly. Coming after launch: $10 for 25 extra credits, for subscribers. Not available yet, so there is nothing to buy today.

Prices and currency.

$29 a month or $299 a year, in US dollars. On iPhone, Apple shows the price in your local currency, for example Canadian dollars in Canada. That conversion is Apple's.

Refunds.

We don't offer refunds. App Store purchases follow Apple's own refund process.

When credits expire.

Unused credits roll over each month, up to 200. If you cancel, your plan and credits run to the end of the period you paid for: 30 days after your last monthly payment, or the end of your paid year.

If a payment doesn't go through.

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, you can keep using the credits you hold for up to 30 days after your last successful payment, while the payment is retried. Update your card in that time and everything carries on. If it is still unpaid after 30 days, your plan ends: your unused plan credits expire, we cancel the subscription, and the account is closed. On an annual plan, the 30 days are counted from the yearly renewal date.

When an account closes, we keep its data for 90 days, then delete it.
